Overview
At Tenebra Supplements, we aim to deliver your order quickly and reliably. All orders are shipped via UPS.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of purchase. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to the following countries only:
- 🇨🇿 Czech Republic
Orders placed from outside these countries cannot be fulfilled and will be cancelled.

- Standard shipping: 119 CZK
- Free shipping on orders over 1,599 CZK
- Estimated delivery: 3-5 business days

Important Notes
- Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.
- We do not ship to countries outside of CZ.
- Tenebra Supplements is not responsible for delays caused by UPS or customs processing.
- In accordance with EU consumer protection law (Directive 2011/83/EU), risk of loss passes to you upon physical delivery of the goods.
We plan to expand shipping to Germany, Poland, and Slovakia in the near future.
